#1 request in-club: Hex Trap Bar. Ordered.💡Use ideas & some info —> Shrugs, overhead presses, farmer’s walks, squats, & lunges. Reduced lower back stress. This bar minimizes force on the spine.
Encourages a vertical torso — allows the knees to track forward slightly. Promotes good form.

Increased quad engagement because the shift in the center of mass makes the lift more quad-dominant.

Studies have shown that vertical jumps performed with a hex bar are superior for developing explosiveness.
