🌟 Announcing Our Thanksgiving to Christmas Fundraising Campaign 🌟

From Thanksgiving Day (Nov 23) to Christmas Day (Dec 25), we're embarking on a heartfelt journey to support a dear friend and former coach, Jess, who was an integral part of our CFS community during her time in Colorado.

Jess, our beloved coach who once graced our gym with her infectious positivity, dedication, and boundless energy, has since moved to Florida. Though she may be miles away, her legacy lives on, and she needs our support now more than ever.

Jess's beautiful daughter, baby Catalina, arrived prematurely at just 27 weeks, starting a miraculous journey of resilience. Despite overwhelming odds, Catalina has been fighting with the strongest will and most resilient spirit passed down by her incredible mother.

Our goal is to raise $20,000+ to help cover the ongoing medical costs for Catalina's care. Every dollar counts, and your contributions will make a tangible difference in Jess and Catalina's lives.

About Jess:
Jess's time at CFS left an indelible mark on our community. She was not just a coach; she was a friend, mentor, and source of inspiration. Her passion for fitness and strength was matched only by her love for our community. Jess embodies the spirit of CFS.

Catalina's Journey:
Catalina's story began long before her birth, with her arrival at just 1 lb, 10.8 oz. She faced growth delays and poor lung development, and at 24 weeks, Jess was admitted for 24/7 monitoring. Despite the challenges, Catalina has made remarkable progress and continues to inspire us all.
Join us in making this holiday season special for Jess and Catalina. Your support, prayers, and positive thoughts mean the world to them, even from afar. Together, we can help write the next chapter of their incredible journey.

Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder that our gym will be running a modified schedule on Tuesday, July 4th. Don't worry, adult classes and kids club will run as usual on Monday. However, please note that on Tuesday, there will be no kids club available. For the adults, we will have classes at 7:30am and 8:30am with coach . 📣 Hey Parents! 📣

Looking for an awesome summer experience for your kiddos in July? Enroll them in our July Youth Club! We provide a safe and inclusive space where fitness is all about having FUN! 💪🌟

📅 Monday to Thursday, 11am - 2pm: We've got their midday covered with our action-packed classes!

🏋️‍♀️ 11am - 12pm: Strength and Conditioning: grow stronger, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness. Our expert instructors will guide your kids through energizing workouts that will leave them feeling empowered!

🍽️ 12pm - 1pm: Lunch/Social Hour: It's time to refuel and recharge! Kids can bring their own packed lunch or snack, socialize with their peers, and enjoy a well-deserved break. It's a chance for them to connect, have fun, and recharge for the afternoon ahead.

🥊 1pm - 2pm: Introduction to Boxing: Get ready to unleash their inner champ! Our skilled coaches will teach the basics of boxing, from techniques to footwork. Gain confidence, learn self-defense, and have a blast in the process!
