One of the things I love most about Capoeira is how music brings everyone together. Every time I pick up the berimbau and sing, I'm reminded to keep moving through life with resilience, whether the day brings rain or sunshine.

Welcome to Capoeira Angola Guerreiro de Palmares! 🇧🇷

We're excited to officially begin our Kids Capoeira Angola program here in the Denver area!

Capoeira is more than a martial art; it's a tradition that combines movement, music, culture, discipline, creativity, and community. Our goal is to provide children with a fun and encouraging environment where they can build confidence, coordination, respect, and lasting friendships.
