As a reminder, the pre reqs for Silks 3 are clean inversions in the air with straight legs, windmills, hip key, comfort in drops.
Here is Tess’ bio: Colorado native, Tess’ lifelong love for dance found a new outlet in 2012 when she climbed her first silk. While silks remain her first love, she has continued to explore the vertical plane, developing a passion for straps, rope, sling, and the occasional bar apparatus. Specializing in aerial theory and strength training, Tess integrates dance-based principles to help students bridge the gap between technique and artistry. Tess is passionate about sharing her knowledge with students of all levels and help them achieve their aerial dreams.
