Open weigh-ins begin this Thursday!! As a reminder, no food or caffeine before your scan.
- If you must do it later in the day, wait at least 3 hours after your last food/caffeinated drink
- If you plan to do the scan before class, you must allow yourself enough time to do the scan and get into class before the five minute mark. You run the risk of being turned away from the scan and being told to come back another time if it will make you late to class 😉
- no scans if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker
- chat with your coaches for some tips and helpful resources for the challenge!!
