A Two-Part Advanced Workshop Series with Jes
Ready to take flight? Join Jes for this two-part advanced workshop series dedicated to one of pole’s most dynamic and rewarding skills—the Fonji. Option to attend one class or both!

Over two 75-minute sessions, you’ll break down the mechanics, timing, technique, and confidence needed to safely approach this advanced dynamic movement. Jes will guide students through progressive drills, body positioning, spotting, and skill development while helping you build the strength and understanding necessary to connect the movement with confidence.

This series is designed for experienced polers looking to refine their dynamic technique and take the next step in their training. By dedicating two sessions to the skill, you’ll have time to build, troubleshoot, and improve between classes.

Participants should be comfortable with:
**Aerial Shoulder Mount
**Aerial Cast to Flag Hold
**Handsprings from the ground
**Rotating the body 180° during dynamic movements

Dates: Saturday, August 22nd & August 29th at 3:00PM-4:15PM
Two 75-minute sessions
