In case you haven’t heard, 90%+ of our class programming is partner-based pad work 🙌🏼. This includes Beginner Boxing, Boxing Conditioning, and All Levels Boxing. Take as many Beginner classes as you need upfront or pepper them in as you fine tune mechanics.

✨If you don’t have focus mitt experience, start with a Beginner Boxing group class or a 1:1/2:1 session. We got you 💪🏼.

🥊New clients must attend Beginner Boxing or a one-on-one session before jumping into other group classes.
🥊Gloves + wraps can be borrowed until you decide if you’d like to continue training long-term (or forget some of your gear).
🥊Book classes in advance to secure your spot + stay consistent.
