Lynsey and Geoff recently started in the adult program. Their sun has been in kids program for several months. Their smiles tell the story. While adults often dismiss that they could do martial arts, or that is fun, or practical is sad. Watching couple train together and separately, observing them work through the nuances, and issues is fun to watch. The progress has been fabulous.
