We offer 3 different types of group fitness classes!

Sweat: A cardio focused boot-camp class! You’ll use light weights, bands and bodyweight movements to get a great sweat in just 45 minutes!

Strong: Hone in on your aesthetic goals with this bodybuilding inspired strength class! We use progressive overload to strengthen, tone and sculpt your body in a friendly class environment!

HiiT: The best of both worlds! This class focuses on strength and conditioning. You’ll use weights, cardio machines, bands and more to get stronger and get your heart rate up!
