Due to its emphasis on biomechanics, postural alignment and precision, pH7 is a studio well-suited to students of all experience levels. ntered, classical Pilates Method Studio with two Denver locations: Congress Park and Highlands. In addition to Pilates group classes and private instruction (mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, mixed equipment, injury rehabilitation, sport conditioning, pre & post natal and others), pH7 offers classes and private instruction in Forrest, Yin and other styles of yoga. Twice yearly pH7 offers Nourish, a 4-week nutrition program that cleanses the body and provides education on what real food really is. Founder Cher Aslor is PMA Pilates Certified and credentialed to teach Forrest Yoga, Core Power Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and PMA Continuing Education. She also directs the pH7 Pilates Teacher Training Program, a 500-hour year long Pilates Certification Program. If you were to ask Cher one thing, it should be about the time she spends leading yoga classes and yoga and surf retreats in Nicaragua.
