Hello Massage Therapist friends, and other Healers..

I have 3 great opportunities to expand your reach and have some fun doing so!

#1 March 30 and 31: NoCo H**p Expo in Colorado Springs needs 2-4 CHAIR massage therapists to work at the expo which is expected to have at least 5,000 people attending (MOST CLIENTS WILL BE FROM DENVER, SOME BOULDER, FOCO, CO SPRINGS, ETC). You only need to pay for parking which is $20/ day.

* Perks include free booth set up, we will charge clients $20/ 15mins with option to tip, welcome and after parties are great fun, tote bags are included, COLLECT SAMPLES OF AMAZING H**P PRODUCTS FROM TONS OF VARIOUS VENDORS (you could get enough to last a year), make connections, market yourself, hang with a really fun crew. Message me asap to get in.

#2 March 25 11am-10pm (or later if we're having fun chillin) *** Healers Jam and Mixer*** at the Inner Transformation Collective on west Colfax. This is a collaboration in which us Healing Facilitators offer 15 mins Free Sessions (clients may pay us to extend the session) to potential clients who show up to this event. ALL HEALERS WILL INVITE THEIR FB FRIENDS, THEIR COMMUNITY ETC to maximize the turnout for us All! We will also trade, enjoy great music, drink tea and have fun expanding our community.

#3 June 15-18 Sonic Bloom Festival near Rye, Colorado in a beautiful location. We need several massage therapists to work a few hours Thursday and 5 hours each day Fri- Sun.

PERKS: you will receive free Festival entry with the upgraded artist access wristband, secure artist only camping, 3 free meals each day, 1 free shower per day, water of course and keep your tips $$$

This backstage Festival experience is one of a kind, we blend having fun with holding intentional space for each other and our clients. We serve the backstage crew, musicians, performers, and each other.

Inner Transformation Collective is honored to host this medicine song circle!

Raise the vibe with us in this participatory musical event experience type thing!

All are welcome, kids included.

Doug and Lara will lead a 90 minute medicine song circle and sing-a-long jam. No experience necessary :)

Suggested donation: $10 adults, $5 kids

We will be singing, chanting, playing, drumming, dancing, laughing, resting, connecting, whatever feels good.

Some up tempo energizing songs. Some down tempo reflective songs. Some songs in Spanish/Quechua. Some songs in English. Some songs in Sanskrit. All heart opening and soul nourishing songs.

Come sing and play with us! Or chill and just listen. Whatever floats your boat.

Feel free to bring a percussion instrument. We will also bring our collection of shakers to share.

Music is medicine. Aho!

Total Liberation Breathwork is back this Sunday!

I will be here to support you in...

Allowing yourself to feel
Bringing consciousness back into your body
Releasing repressed emotion
Expressing anything that comes up
Vocalizing and/ or physical movement
Accepting and loving all of yourself

6pm-9pm this Sunday at ITC
$22
Bring a comfortable pad to lay on (NOT A YOGA MAT, think comfortable), a blanket and pillow if you have them. If not I have extras

The process:

Info and introduction container
Breathing with evocative music 60 mins
with optional intuitive bodywork to support your personal process. You expressions are welcome. I have cushions for safe physical release.
Post breathing art piece and processing
Linger a bit before driving off if necessary

Greetings freedom fans...

Have you imagined what it would be like to experience emotional freedom?

There is a process to it. I'll give you a hint: it is not by thinking about it or realizing something logically. That may get you to the door but it will not walk you through it..

It is once again time to invite you to the one and only.... Total Liberation Breathwork!

If you think you might be ready to release something that has been wishing, yearning and burning to be expressed.... this is the place to do it.

With evocative music, circular breathing (no not like didgeridoo), intuitive bodywork and coaching by me you may allow that which is inside to arise and express it at will in our Inner Transformation Collective studio!

This Sunday 6-9pm $22

This is weekly but not for long since people put it off when it's weekly apparently. Human psychology... so come while it's weekly to get as much as you can while you can, it is such a gift of self care and can change your paradigm so enjoyably!

Since I started this breathwork the vast majority of those participating have had big breakthroughs and have raved about it.

Come see for yourself if you feel it in your gut!

I'll be offering it weekly again beginning the following Sunday 6-9pm.
