Wherever you train, Jiu Jitsu teaches something that extends far beyond the mats:
Jiu Jitsu is difficult.
It will humble you, frustrate you, exhaust you, and force you to confront your weaknesses. You will get tired. You will get submitted. You will have days when you question your progress.
Keep showing up.
