Last night with SweatNET Denver was so much fun!
I was so excited to share my first group offering under my own company name: HABITAT Pilates + Strength. A business I’ve been manifesting and working for since I started teaching.
The amazing group of people that came out, rose to every challenge while still respecting their bodies and exploring their options. Highlighting that functional strength training can be empowering without being boring or “easy.”
And in moments like these I’m reminded me why I do this work. When all the hubbub of this complex world gets too distracting or overwhelming, the simplicity of moving our bodies in community and challenging what we think we can achieve does wonders for the soul.
I’m so grateful. And here’s to moving in community more this year ❤️🔥
