7 years. Three athletes. One incredible journey.

Last night was one of those moments that reminds me why I started Fear Not Fitness & Performance.

These three athletes first walked through our doors seven years ago as young athletes with big dreams and a willingness to work.

Today…
🏈 Two are college graduates.
🏈 One is entering his 5th year of college football.

Seeing them back in the gym, still training, still chasing excellence, and still growing as young men is something I’m incredibly proud of.

At Fear Not Fitness & Performance, our mission has never been just about creating faster 40-yard dashes, higher verticals, or stronger athletes.

Our mission is to develop great athletes and even better people.

The trophies, records, and scholarships are exciting—but watching young athletes become disciplined, confident, hardworking adults is the greatest reward of all.

Thank you for trusting me to be a small part of your journey. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for each of you.

There is something special about watching young athletes discover what they’re truly capable of.

At Fear Not Fitness, every athlete is seen, challenged, and encouraged to become the very best version of themselves. We celebrate effort, character, and growth just as much as performance because we know those qualities shape successful athletes—and even better young men and women.
