‼️RESOLUTION REMIX VOL. 1 ‼️

This ACCOUNTABILITY + NUTRITION challenge is designed to help you stay on track (or get back on track 😉) with your New Year goals!

Last week we completed our body assessments, today we get to work 😤

➡️6 weeks
➡️Earn points for every workout plus weekly extra credit available (personal tracking card displayed in Group Fitness room)
➡️More points = More rewards
➡️What else? RESULTS. Consistency is the key to getting results.

💫This challenge specifically:
✅Makes you frequently show up to class = that’s why you get 10 points per class
✅Plus, track your body fat loss and skeletal muscle gain over a six week period (winners will be recognized for this via extra points earned at the end!)

📣 WE’RE HIRING: Fill-In Coaches! 🏋️‍♀️

Do you love the gym atmosphere but can’t commit to a full-time schedule? We’re looking for passionate, high-energy Fill-In Fitness Coaches to join the team and help us occasionally cover a few key time slots!

We need someone who can bring the fire during our busiest hours when our regulars need a sub. If you’re a morning person or a post-work hype-pro, we want to hear from you! ⚡️

The Shifts:
☀️ Early Birds:
6:00 AM - 6:45 AM
8:00 AM - 8:45AM

🌆 Afternoon Hustle:
4:30 PM - 5:15 PM

The Vibe:
✅ Flexible: Perfect for coaches with other gigs or a 9-to-5.

✅ Impactful: Lead our community through killer workouts.

✅ Low Stress: Jump in when we need coverage, no heavy lifting on the admin side. Ability to follow our programming while bringing your own coaching flair.
