The Lory Trail Series kicked off this week with the Eltuck Valley 5k. Kierann Toth took home first overall for women

At the end of July, Matt Drake competed at the Bowerman 5k at Nike World Headquarters in Oregon and finished in 16:11

Not pictured: Eric Koenig, Mike Chavez and Nick Potter took on Never Summer 60 and 100k races, Rachel Hulse ran the Barr Trail Mountain Race and finished 7th female, and Ruth Waller Liddle competed in England winning her heat in the 800.

Five teammates traveled to Denver for the second race in the USATF Grand Prix - Cookie Chase 5k, and ran some fast times around Sloan’s Lake.

“Michelle and I were invited to the Marathon Masters Age Group World Championships in Cape Town South Africa. We both had injuries before the race and preparations were not what we planned. We both anyways finished the race, got our AGWM medals 🏅 and represented the FCRCteam with pride!”
