The only time I buy a particular strategic approach is when I already know it’s something that I want to implement— not because it’s going to get me to the level of money that I want.

I know my body is already in resonance with it— and I know how to adjust it (or the coach actually coaches you on how to apply it individually to who you are).

One of the reasons why women come to work with me if because they’ve often scaled their business based off of what someone has coached them into— because it worked for them. And the process ends up disconnecting them from their own inner authority.

They might even get to the revenue goal— but they feel exhausted, unhappy — wondering why they don’t feel the excitement they thought they would when they got “there”.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes (that line 3 life ✌🏼😅) but this is the one that impacted my profits the most.

It’s easy to think that getting to the next milestone in your business is going to create the conditions for more profit to stick around… but after having years where I made less revenue but held more profit, and years where I made more revenue and had less profit… it’s not about the amount of money that’s coming in.

It’s about the nervous system receivership pattern running the show in any given year, and the way your nervous system feels safe to hold money.

Yes spreadsheets are cool ( )— but how you make decisions and what space you make decisions from is what makes the biggest shift in your scaling business.

It can seem sooo reasonable to add more, the more you scale.

It made total sense to me at the time.

The thing is —you creating 7 figures + from a really simple scaling model, where you aren’t holding everything on your shoulders isn’t going to seem reasonable or “safe” to the version of you who’s currently inside of your business.

If someone had walked up to me and told me exactly what I needed to do to scale and handed me the blueprint for what I’m creating now— I would’ve said that’s impossible, not because I didn’t think it was available to me on a conscious level — but because I had all these logical reasons why that could never work for my particular body of work.

Receivership rules don’t always show up as voices that tell you that you can’t do something or receive something.

The sneakiest way they show up is when you truly believe that the way you’re showing up is what your clients need to be successful or the way your body of work is being expressed has to look the way it looks for it to be in integrity.

You can’t see what your nervous system doesn’t feel safe for you to access. You can’t create what your nervous system doesn’t feel safe for you to create. You can’t feel what your nervous system doesn’t yet feel safe to feel.

And it shapes the whole landscape of your business eco-system.

Before you add more— what if you looked at the receivership patterns shaping where you already are— and refined what you already have in your business but from an entirely different capacity to receive?

This is edgy for me for so many different reasons… and yet my expanded body was really clear all the “reasons” are just my nervous system protecting me and that it’s time to put my work into action and lean the F in.

Who will I be after these 30 days? No idea. But I’m in the experiment to find out.

High achieving women are really good at stepping into discomfort when it comes to the next milestone in their business…
