BIG MAN BOARDING — ARMON COLEMAN IS NTX STEAM!

The trenches just got a whole lot heavier.

The NTX Steam are proud to officially announce the signing of Defensive End Armon Coleman for our 2027 inaugural season in the American Arena League!

Standing 6’5” and 283 pounds, Coleman brings exactly the kind of size, physicality and presence we want on our defensive front.

And for Armon, this is a return to familiar territory.

A Mesquite, Texas product, Coleman played his high school football at Poteet High School before continuing his career at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. OPSU’s official roster listed Coleman as a defensive lineman, and his college game logs show him contributing in the trenches, including tackles behind the line of scrimmage.

Now he’s bringing that experience back to North Texas.

Coleman also comes to the Steam with additional experience with the Texas Herd, adding another player to our roster who understands the physical, fast-paced style of football we’re preparing to play.

At 6’5”, 283 lbs., this isn’t somebody offenses are going to have a hard time finding.

They’re going to have a hard time moving him.

As we continue assembling this inaugural roster, we’re building from the inside out — size in the trenches, speed on the perimeter, physicality across the field and players who are ready to represent Denton and the entire North Texas region.

North Texas, help us welcome ARMON COLEMAN aboard!

The defensive front is getting bigger.
The roster is getting stronger.
And the train isn’t finished loading yet.

WELCOME TO THE STEAM, ARMON!

ANOTHER WEAPON IS BOARDING THE TRAIN — WELCOME KEMIJAH WILLIAMS!

The NTX Steam are proud to officially announce the signing of RB Kemijah Williams for our 2027 inaugural season in the American Arena League!

At 5’8”, 186 lbs, Williams brings a compact, physical running style and valuable experience to the Steam backfield. His football journey has taken him through TCU and Tyler Junior College, along with experience with the Shreveport Roughnecks and Wyoming Cavalry.

And this isn’t just a name we’re adding to the roster.

Williams has already shown the ability to earn opportunities and continue advancing his football career. The North Louisiana Football Alliance recognizes Williams among its players who earned next-level opportunities, listing the Roughnecks running back as advancing to the Wyoming Cavalry of the AIF.

Now, the next stop is NORTH TEXAS.

As we continue building the roster for Year One, we’re looking for players who understand that this organization is about more than what happens between the walls. It’s about people, community, football and opportunity — and building something North Texas can call its own.

Kemijah brings another experienced piece to a backfield we’re building to be fast, physical and difficult to contain.

North Texas, help us officially welcome Kemijah Williams to the NTX Steam family!

The roster is growing.
The pieces are coming together.
And the closer we get to 2027, the louder this train is going to get.

Jenkins brings the type of athleticism, versatility, and competitive mindset we’re looking for as we build this organization from the ground up. His ability to contribute in multiple phases gives our football staff another weapon to work with and adds even more competition to this roster.

One thing is certain: nothing is being handed out. Every player joining this organization is coming in ready to compete, earn his spot, and help establish what NTX Steam football will represent from Day One.

PROUD PARTNER ANNOUNCEMENT | NTX STEAM × TENACIOUS HOPE FOUNDATION

For NTX Steam, building a championship organization means more than what happens between the walls on game day. It means making an impact in the communities we represent.

We’re proud to officially welcome Tenacious Hope Foundation as a Community Outreach Partner of NTX Steam!

Tenacious Hope Foundation is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing hope, resources and stability to children and families in need through educational support, food and emergency assistance, community outreach and strategic partnerships. Their recent impact includes providing school supplies to more than 200 Texas students in 2026 and more than $22,000 in food assistance to families affected by the 2025 SNAP shutdown.

And we’re not putting our name on a partnership and stopping there.

NTX Steam players, coaches, staff and our developing NTX Steam Youth Football program will have opportunities to get directly involved in community initiatives alongside Tenacious Hope. That vision includes back-to-school and backpack drives, food drives, holiday giving, youth outreach, family-assistance programs, player appearances, mentorship, volunteer opportunities and community events throughout Texas.

Tenacious Hope has already established initiatives centered around school supplies, food assistance, toys and holiday support, including its Turkey and Toy Tours. Our goal is to help put even more hands, resources and visibility behind that mission.

We also want our athletes to understand that wearing NTX STEAM across their chest comes with an opportunity to lead. Our players will have chances to coach, mentor and pour into young athletes, showing the next generation what leadership looks like both on and off the field.

This is bigger than football.

It’s about using the platform we’re building to serve families, invest in young people and leave North Texas and communities across the state better than we found them.

Welcome aboard, Tenacious Hope Foundation!

ANOTHER WEAPON IS ON BOARD — WELCOME LaDARYUS COOK!

The NTX Steam are excited to officially announce the signing of RB/WR LaDaryus Cook for our 2027 inaugural season!

At 5’5”, 160 lbs, Cook brings versatility, quickness and experience to the Steam offense. With the ability to line up in the backfield or split out at receiver, he gives our offense another weapon who can be moved around and put in position to make plays.

Cook comes to North Texas with experience from multiple organizations, including the Shreveport Rougaroux, CNY Blue Devils, Ohio Legends and Texas Hotshots. That journey has given him valuable experience in different systems and environments—and now the next stop is Denton, Texas.

For us, this roster isn’t just about collecting names. We’re building a group of players who are hungry, experienced and ready to compete when that first whistle blows in 2027.

Welcome aboard the train.

North Texas, get ready. The roster continues to take shape, and THE STEAM IS ROLLIN’.

PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT | NTX STEAM x NOLIGRA

The NTX Steam is proud to officially welcome Noligra as a partner as we continue building toward our 2027 inaugural season!

This partnership is about much more than putting two logos together. Noligra brings a creative, business-minded approach to helping organizations strengthen their presence, connect with their audience, and bring ideas to life. Their work can already be seen supporting community-focused efforts right here in Denton.

For NTX Steam, Noligra will play an important role behind the scenes and in front of our fans — assisting with marketing strategy, creative development, merchandise, apparel concepts, and the management of our official merchandise shop, including production and direct-to-customer fulfillment.

As we build this organization from the ground up, we continue to look for partners who understand the bigger vision: football, business, community, youth, and creating something North Texas can truly call its own.

We’re excited to have Noligra aboard the train and even more excited about what we’re going to create together.

Welcome to the NTX Steam family, Noligra!

WELCOME ABOARD, QUINTRELL RANDLE!

The pieces continue to come together in North Texas.

The North Texas Steam are excited to officially welcome WR/DB Quintrell Randle to the roster for our 2027 inaugural season in the American Arena League!

At 6’1”, 205 lbs, Randle brings the size, athleticism and versatility that translates extremely well to the arena game. A product of Lakeland University, Quintrell spent time in the Muskies’ secondary at both defensive back and corner, competing against collegiate talent while developing into a physical and versatile defensive presence.

And he handled business away from the field, too.

Randle earned NACC All-Academic honors, showing the discipline and commitment we want representing this organization.

Now he brings that experience to North Texas, where his ability to contribute at both WR and DB gives us another two-way athlete built for arena football.

We’re not just collecting names—we’re putting together a roster of players who are hungry, versatile, coachable and ready to compete.

Quintrell, welcome to Denton. Welcome to North Texas. And WELCOME ABOARD THE TRAIN!

The roster is taking shape.
The foundation is being laid.
2027 is coming.

ANOTHER ONE ABOARD THE STEAM TRAIN!

The North Texas Steam are excited to officially welcome Paris Parker to the family for our 2027 inaugural season!

Standing 6’3” and 265 pounds, Parker brings exactly the kind of size, physicality, and versatility we want in the trenches. With the ability to line up at DE/TE, Paris gives our coaching staff a weapon who can make his presence felt on both sides of the football.

Arena football is a game built for athletes who can do more than one thing—and at 6’3”, 265, Parker has the frame to battle in the trenches, create problems off the edge, and bring another big body to the offensive side when called upon.

Coming out of Franklin South College, Paris now brings his game to North Texas as we continue building the roster that will represent this region in our first season.

This isn’t about simply filling roster spots. We’re building a team with size, toughness, versatility and something to prove.

Paris Parker — welcome to North Texas. Welcome to Denton. And most importantly… WELCOME ABOARD THE TRAIN!

The Steam is building.
The roster is coming together.
And 2027 is getting closer.

NTX STEAM × ICONIC YOUTH SPORTS CLUB

The NTX Steam is proud to officially welcome Iconic Youth Sports Club aboard as one of our newest community partners!

This partnership is centered around something much bigger than football — investing in the next generation.

Through our partnership with Iconic Youth Sports Club, NTX Steam players will have opportunities to work directly with young athletes through coaching, mentorship, camps, training, appearances, and other youth-development initiatives. This will also create opportunities for some of our players to earn additional income through part-time coaching positions while using their football knowledge and experience to make an impact beyond the arena.

For the NTX Steam, building a professional football organization means building within the community as well. We want our athletes to be more than players on game day. We want them to be coaches, mentors, leaders, and positive examples for the young athletes coming behind them.

And we’re just getting started.

YOUTH FOOTBALL IS COMING TO NTX STEAM!

Through this partnership, we’re preparing for the future launch of NTX Steam Youth Football, creating an organization for multiple age divisions, including 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U.

Our goal is to build a true developmental pathway where young athletes can learn the game, develop their skills, build character, and be surrounded by coaches and professional players who understand what it takes to reach the next level.

Because the future of football isn’t just who takes the field today.

It’s who we’re preparing to take the field tomorrow.

Welcome aboard, Iconic Youth Sports Club!

One Region. One Team. One Mission.

WELCOME ABOARD THE TRAIN, DeVON HARRIS!

The NTX Steam are SUPER EXCITED to officially welcome RB/WR DeVon Harris to North Texas for our 2027 inaugural season!

This one brings experience, versatility and production to the Steam offense.

Before entering the professional indoor game, Harris made his mark at Lakeland University, where he established himself as a legitimate threat out of the backfield. In 2022, he rushed for 670 yards, ranked 5th in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in rushing, and put together three consecutive 100-yard rushing performances—including a career-high 173 yards against Concordia Chicago.

And DeVon isn’t just a runner.

In 2023, he showed his versatility with 228 yards rushing, 23 receptions for 160 yards and 6 total touchdowns—three on the ground and three through the air. In his collegiate finale against Eureka, he caught 6 passes for a career-high 84 receiving yards, including a 48-yard touchdown.

Now he brings that versatility and experience to North Texas.

Since college, Harris has continued his football journey through the professional indoor game, with stops including the Wisconsin Aviators, Coralville Chaos, Omaha Beef and Eau Claire Axemen.

At 5’10”, 200 pounds, DeVon gives our offense a physical RB/WR who can line up in multiple spots, carry the football, contribute in the passing game and create another matchup for opposing defenses.

This is exactly the type of player we’re looking to put aboard this train as we build toward Year One.

DeVon, welcome to North Texas. Welcome to the NTX Steam. And most importantly… WELCOME ABOARD THE TRAIN!

The roster is getting stronger.
The pieces are coming together.
