🏁 Loretta Lynn's Amateur National Motocross Championship

📍 Hurricane Mills, Tennessee

The wait is almost over!

Yumena is ready to take on the biggest amateur motocross race in the country at Loretta Lynn's Nationals. She's worked incredibly hard to earn her spot on the gate, and we couldn't be more proud. Thank you to everyone who has supported her journey—we can't wait to see what this week brings!

If you're following along, here are her moto times: She will be running #41 for both classes and the racing will be live on floracing.

We used a video of a workout because it had everything they need to build a stronger core. I also wanted to be able to walk around and help with form which gets hard to do when you're the one showing them how to do the exercises. It's also hard to help 12 kids at once, but they all did a really good job with their form! I was impressed and proud! Jake Baumert leading the mobility exercises at the end!

Shannon and Jake will be coaching MT and TF. Summer is too brutal to train 4 days in a row. We will workout those 4 days as well.
