Emily Harbach, defending USATF J.O. National champion during her first training session. Her future is bright.

A big congratulations goes out Emily Harbach, an upcoming Senior at Argyle High School, on her National Championship victory in the javelin at College Station today at the USATF meet. Her winning throw was 43.66 meters(143-3).

Tremendous training sessions this morning. Ayo Kumolu, entering his freshman year at Byron Nelson High School, with a tremendous speed/acceleration session, followed by Monique Cook, a high jump/heptathlete from Denton Guyer, entering her freshman year at Oral Roberts, with huge jumps over her PR from 4 steps. Great to see young student-athletes develop and figure things out.
