We’ve dropped off well over 160 pounds of food to Love in Action today- we couldn’t do it without y’all! These are the results so far for our pie in the face competition! We are collecting food until December 10th, so if you want to change the results, make sure to donate!

We have SO many new orange belts in class… which means getting to work on new sparring skills! Yesterday was all about basic movement and we can’t wait to teach the next skills 💪
