We love Denton, and the opportunity to participate in community events like these! As much as we'd enjoy swimming, the fields are closed, so no practice tonight.

We have a question for you though - we want to know what your favourite rainy day alternate training session is for days like this. Are you a gym rat? Do you host your own cardio dance party? Or do you use it as a rest day? Let us know below!

Personally, yours truly likes to find virtual running routes on YouTube and hit the treadmill, or if I'm feeling nostalgic, YouTube has "Sweating to the Oldies" streaming, and who doesn't love the energy of Richard Simmons??
