Holden Mallouf has always been the definition of a team player. He cares deeply about the game, his teammates, and representing Denton High the right way. Whether he was on the field, on the sidelines cheering everyone on, or encouraging others behind the scenes, he led with heart and authenticity.

His teammates truly became his brothers, and he always showed so much respect and appreciation for his coaches and the program. Watching his growth as both a player and young man has been incredibly special.

One of the greatest honors of his football journey was being voted by his teammates to receive the Hayden Smallwood Fighting Bronco Award — a reflection of the toughness, loyalty, leadership, and character he brought to the team every single day.

We are so proud of you, Holden, and can’t wait to watch your next chapter at Colorado State University majoring in Business. 💜💛🐏

Jose has been such a good team player throughout his time as a Bronco. He always cheered on his teammates, showed up with a positive attitude, and brought great energy to the field.

We are excited to see him continue his journey at NCTC majoring in Electrical Engineering. One of his favorite memories was the game against Azle — getting the win on his birthday and being surprised with a brand new truck made it even more unforgettable.

Senior Spotlight: Jesiah Marshall 🏈

Jesiah plans to continue playing football in college while majoring in Elementary Education. One of his favorite memories from his time as a Bronco was when he and Tro were rapping and got called out by Coach Jackson for being a little too loud and obnoxious 😂

Jesiah has been a solid athlete throughout his entire time at Denton High, stepping up and playing several different positions for the team whenever needed. His versatility and toughness never went unnoticed, and he has grown so much over the years both on and off the field.

He’s been fun to watch under the Friday night lights and an important part of this Bronco program. We’re excited to see what the future holds for him both on the field and in the classroom.

Senior Spotlight: Haleem Sanni 🏈

Haleem plans to attend UNT and major in Business after graduation. One of his favorite football memories was the incredible overtime win against Fossil Ridge — a moment Bronco fans definitely won’t forget.

Haleem has been a true leader both on the field and in the classroom. He leads by example, works hard, stays focused, and is one of the most polite and respectful young men around. His teammates, coaches, and teachers all know they can count on him.

We are proud of everything he’s accomplished at Denton High and can’t wait to see what the future holds for him at UNT. Congratulations, Haleem! 💛💜

🏈 Senior Spotlight: Jaedon Gay 🏈

Jaedon was such a fun player to watch on Friday nights. His athleticism, energy, and passion for the game always stood out every time he stepped on the field for the Denton Broncos.

Beyond football, Jaedon is simply a really good kid with a bright future ahead of him. We are proud of the young man he’s become and excited to see what’s next as he continues his football journey and pursues a degree in Psychology.

Future Plans:
Play football in college and major in Psychology.

Senior Spotlight: Sam Pech

Sam brought such a great spirit to the Denton Bronco football program. Whether he was out on the field with his teammates or simply making everyone laugh, he was always authentic, kind, and fun to be around.

Beyond football, Sam also has an incredible singing voice and so much creativity. We love seeing seniors chase unique dreams, and we can’t wait to see where life takes him next.

Future Plans: Trade school/apprenticeship to become a piano tech and hopefully start a local business. 🎶

Favorite Football Memory:
“Getting to be out on the field one last time with all the guys and just be free.”

Tonight was such a special night watching these young men be recognized at the Senior Awards Ceremony.

Sam has been such a valuable part of Denton Bronco Football. A hardworking player, great teammate, and someone who always gave his all every time he stepped on the field. 💜💛

After graduation, Sam plans to pursue a career in law enforcement. 👮‍♂️
