A LITTLE HINT OF SUNDAY

This Sunday we are teaming up with hint for a little extra hydration post-pilates!

Join us for our 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, or 12PM class at our Newbury Street studio and enjoy a complimentary Hint Water after class (with four refreshing flavors to choose from)!

PILATES FOR A PURPOSE 🤍

Join us this Thursday at 5:30PM for a special Tighten & Tone class with sculptxtess supporting the Dana-Farber Falmouth Road Race Team!

Book a drop-in for “Tighten & Tone | Dana-Farber Fundraiser” through our website or the Momence app. 50% of every drop-in purchase will be donated to our lovely client Maddie’s Dana-Farber fundraising campaign for the Falmouth Road Race💙

There are limited reformer spots available, so book your spot and join us for a workout that gives back!

With 14 new stakt mats & bala props, we are excited to host “Classical Mat”. Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method, this 45-minute mat class is held to strengthen your body from the inside out.

JULY RECAP🤍🐟🐚🫐☁️

From our mat pilates pop-up with core by kailee with our neighbors at Vuori on Newbury Street, to introducing our community to TOTE hair products, every event & collaboration this month was centered around making your studio experience even more special!

Our Dennis Port studio also welcomed Cape Saltie for a weekend pop-up, where clients left class with complimentary Refresh Hydrating Facial Elixirs for the ultimate post-Pilates glow! Huge thank you to Kathy Cugini for taking time to come to our Dennis Port studio for professional pictures of Millie Senseney & ★ Taylor | Reformer Pilates ★ … they turned out amazing!! And to top it all off, we launched our brand new Après Sea mocknecks, now available at both of our studios!

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported our local partnerships and continues to make our community so special. Watching Après Sea grow month after month is something we’ll never take for granted🩵
