I am so grateful for all my members. Doing things like this makes my soul happy.

Congrats to the below:
🥇 Dawna-Diamond 🏆 not only did she win 1st she BEAT the pacesetters (Chapo, Aimee, and I) 😂 She put her heart into this competition and I personally watched her on the treadmill even on days she probably didn’t even want to be here! AND she lost almost 9lbs!!

🥈 Deianeira this woman is such an inspiration who is never afraid to lift heavy and her body reflects it!

🥉 Steph B. She killed it! I am so proud of her!! She is truly dedicated to coming into the gym and getting those steps during workouts!

They are done 😮‍💨 but someone (El Chapo 🐾) didn’t measure 📐 the door width and umm…well they didn’t fit 🫠 don’t worry we figured it out and THEY ARE HERE!!!

Today I found out that Old Firehouse Gym was voted one of the Top Gyms in Texoma 🥹🏆❤️

One thing about our gym is that it’s a little different—and I am so proud of that.

We aren’t massive. We don’t run constant specials just to pack as many people through the doors as possible. We don’t lock you into contracts or look at you as another membership number.

Instead, we intentionally limit our memberships so our gym never feels overcrowded and our members always feel comfortable and welcomed.

I put my whole heart and soul into this place every single day, and seeing Old Firehouse recognized as one of the best gyms in Texoma means more to me than I can put into words.

We aren’t corporate. We’re family-owned, locally loved, and built around the people who walk through our doors every day.

To every person who voted for us, supports us, tells a friend about us, trains with us, or simply chooses Old Firehouse as the place you come to better yourself—thank you.

We wouldn’t be here without our members, and we will never take that support for granted.

Dear Santa, we must have been good this year 😉
We are starting to get even more of our new equipment in ‼️

Today we got brand new ellipticals in that vary from your standard elliptical training to cross trainer and to hybrid style! 🔥

👀 remember we limit our memberships. We don’t do these upgrades to get more memberships.
