Decided to try a new track out and made our way over to Park Jefferson. Started 9th in the heat and finished 2nd.

It’s been a whole year since we last made a post - a lot has happened in that year.

- last year around this time we blew a motor and had to call it quits for the year.

- bought a house that needed lots of remodeling, got married in September and announced we have a baby girl on the way in January.

-mid May we got a new motor and spent some time getting the car together.

- We’ve spent the last few weeks racing at Crawford county in Denison and Adams County in Corning. Have had some good finishes and still learning our new car and motor.

Back on the track tonight at Crawford County Speedway tonight.

Started 4th in the second heat and won.
Start 7th in the A Feature

Racing at I80 speedway tonight.

Didn’t make it out for Sport mod hot laps, the car just wouldn’t start. Found a loose wire.

Thought we fixed it and jumped in the car to try it out for for the last set of hot laps. Car died going in to corner 3 of the first lap.

Made another temporary fix since we were up for heats in 3 races. Started 7th, temp. fix worked, finished 6th and transferred to the A feature.

Finally had time to fix it right and we are getting ready to head into the A main. Starting 8th row outside. (FYI- We are still listed as number 14 on MyRacePass)

Got the race car ready just in time to make it out to I80 speedway.

- Heat race finish: 3rd place.

Had a lot of fun tonight wheeling the number 14 around I-80 speedway. Thank you Jake Sachau for letting me borrow your car and crewing for me. Also thank you to Amanda Blum and Tom Van D**e for helping crew tonight as well. We had a good first night out for the 2022 race season and can’t wait to get my car out here.

There was 39 sport mods at i80.
🔸Started 9th row inside in the 3rd heat finished 8th
🔸Started 7th in the 2nd B Feature and won! 🏁
🔸Started 18th in the A main and finished 11th
