The past two days we had a special event for our kids class, Parents Night! The parents got to hop on the mat and experience the class with their child. We warmed up, learned how to pin in Mune Gatame, the parents got to throw their child in O Soto Gari, and we ended with a fun game. Thank you to all the parents, and family members who came out for this! It was awesome to have you all join us on the mat! Thank you coaches for taking time to come help coach this event.

We have 2 awesome Handgun training classes coming up in July!

Handgun Level 1 - Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals - great for beginners or anyone wishing to apply for their Louisiana Concealed Carry Permit.

Handgun Level 2 - If you have some experience but want to take your skills to the next level with movement drills, tactical reloads, extreme close quarter defensive shooting, and a lot more.

More info and links to register can be found on our website and we will also have flyers and a sign up sheet in the Dojo next week. Get signed up early to ensure you have a spot, space is limited.

Both classes will be taught by USCCA Certified Instructor, James Wall.

SAVE THE DATE! July 2nd we'll have our 4th annual 4th of July open mat! We'll have patriotic music, fireworks on the ceiling, AND this year.... we're adding FOOD. Hope you can join us for this SUPER fun, yearly event!
