Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the tissues surrounding the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system.
Using light touch, practitioners assess areas of restriction and tension throughout the body and encourage the system to release and rebalance.
You may notice:
• less tension in your body overall
• improved sleep (can’t we ALL use better sleep?!)
• a calmer nervous system (fewer overwhelms and breakdowns)
• fewer headaches
One of the things I love most about Craniosacral Therapy is that it meets the body where it is.
There’s never forcing, just like the rest of the myofascial release techniques I use. Just listening, supporting, and allowing the body space to do what it was designed to do.
