I have waited a while to post this Stud of the Month because I wanted to see what his ending stats were for his baseball travel league. Carter Jurs achieved Stud of the Month last April for his outstanding gains in strength and power. This fourteen year old has worked hard in my gym! He came to me with goals of improving his overall baseball performance. He did that and more. Now that his season has officially ended, Carter Jurs finished with an astounding batting avg of .507! Not only that, he finished with an on base average of over .600!!! I am very proud of how hard this kid has worked- and it shows on and off the field. Outstanding job carter. Stud of the Month is well deserved.

I would like to congratulate John Hill for achieving Stud Of the Month at Solid Fitness for january. Since beginning his training, John's gains in strength have doubled and in some cases , nearly tripled! The tenacity that he brings to his workouts is unmatched.. Most clients I have to push, with john , I have to slow him down! Every time he comes in for a workout , he brings the same insane intensity. So this award is a long time overdue! Congratulations on making stud of the month John!

After many years, I would like to reintroduce solid fitness stud of the month.And for good reason. Jody hill has worked diligently in, and out, of the gym for a long time.... This month , she has reached her one hundred pound weight loss goal! The hard work, dedication, and determination of jody to achieve this goal is nothing short of amazing. So congratulations to jody hill for becoming the new stud of the month at solid fitness!

Only once each year I offer a discount on session packages. Starting june fifteenth until july 15th this year, I will be giving a buy thirty but get forty sessions discount. For the price of thirty sessions, You receive Forty sessions instead.

Well after nearly 20 years of running my own business, I've finally decided To put up a website and not be a dinosaur anymore. I've always been terrible at marketing and advertising. I am asking my facebook friends if they would bother to take a minute and google search solid fitness gym, Demotte, In order to raise my google profile status....
