Mark your calendars!!!!

Deltona's EGGSTRAVAGANZA, West Volusia's largest and fastest FREE egg hunt, with over 40,000 eggs will be making its return this year!

Join us on April 1st at Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex, 1200 Saxon Blvd, Deltona Fl. 32725 to take in the fun!

There will be 4 different hunt zones:
- Special Needs Children zone (parents may assist)
- 3 year old and younger zone (parents may assist)
- 4-7 year olds
- 8-11 year olds.

Egg hunt begins promptly at 10 am, bring your own Easter basket for egg collecting. Free entertainment: Face Painter, Caricature Artist Bounce House, and DJ!!!

Volusia County Parks, Recreation and Culture has hired temporary elf staff for the holiday season to assist Santa in making sure every child in Volusia County is on the nice list. Residents can send their child’s full name and address to [email protected] to receive a postcard from Santa, directly from Santaland, USA!

Children must be 12 years old or younger and the information must be emailed by Monday, Dec. 12. 🎅🎄

This Saturday from 5-10 PM at Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex! Join us for the 2nd Annual Zombie walk! Filled with the best entertainment for you and the kids. We will have a Zombie Costume Contest, face painting, hay rides, bounce houses, and more! This event is FREE and open to the public.

Thanks to our friends at County of Volusia, children will be able to get free meals at 55 county sites this summer!

Volusia County’s Community Assistance Division is sponsoring a Summer Food Service Program from June 6 through Aug. 12 to provide free breakfast and lunch meals for children ages 18 and under. The program, funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, provides nutritionally balanced meals during summer break when schools are closed.

The following sites will serve meals on weekdays. Children must eat the meals on site.

All sites will be closed July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
