Six years ago, the world came to a standstill. In March 2020, COVID changed everything. We stayed home, wore masks, kept our distance, and watched gyms close their doors.
But six years ago today, while the world around us remained still, we started something special. We took our workouts outside and built a community that refused to quit.
What began as a small outdoor boot camp has grown into an incredible fit family...an army of strong, determined individuals who continue to show up, put in the work, and inspire one another every day.
For six years, we've been building strength, consistency, resilience, friendships, and a passion for becoming better than we were yesterday. Through challenges, celebrations, sweat, and countless workouts, this community has continued to grow stronger.

I am truly grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for your commitment, your energy, and for being part of this amazing journey. I couldn't be more proud of what we've built together.
A special shoutout to our OGs who were there from the beginning: Ms Donna, Samir, Marie, Chris, Kathy, Jahrelis, Stacy, and Kelly. Thank you for believing in the vision and helping create the foundation of what this community has become.
