Lots of delicious seafood, brews, local Arts/Crafts, Lip Sync Contest, Boat Show, Rock Wall, Crab Races, Dancing, LIVE Bands! The Deltaville Seafood Festival is a celebration of Deltaville's Seafood and Working Waterfront Heritage. The Deltaville Community Association is presenting the first ever Deltaville Seafood Festival and welcomes citizens and guests to this family focused event. Back in 1950, the Deltaville Community Association (DCA) was incorporated as a charitable organization for the purpose of the betterment of quality of life for Deltaville and citizens and visitors. Since then, the DCA owns and maintains the Community Center, including tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and Ricky Taylor Memorial Swimming Pool. The DCA also owns an annex rented by the Rappahannock Railroad Club Association. In addition, the DCA owns the Deltaville Ballpark, one of the last remaining iconic ballparks of its era and is home for The Deltas, long standing a semi-pro Deltaville baseball team. The DCA exists on contributions and labor of love from area citizens who volunteer time to preserve today's DCA assets and for generations to come. Throughout the year the DCA puts on various community activities and holds an annual fund drive for general maintenance and the DCA endowment fund.
