Most players have a routine. Very few have a ritual.
They are not the same thing.
A routine is process-oriented. It is mechanical. It is the form.
A ritual is purpose-oriented. It is meaningful. It is the content inside the action.
That difference matters more than most people realize — especially when the pressure is on.
When stress hits, a routine alone is not enough. What carries you through a tight third set, a match point, a double fault at 5-4 is not the mechanical action. It is the meaning behind it.
That is what we train at ProWorld.
Not just what you do between points. But why you do it — and what it means to you when it counts the most.
