I want to thank all those who sent their blessings🙏🏻 and condolences to me and my family for the passing of my father in law. It was a hectic week away from the dojo but was time well spent with family and friends. As I return to the dojo I look forward to hitting the ground running as I begin to move on. Thank you all for the support I received during this time of grief👍🏼👊🏼
As I return I can’t help think of a great martial art saying to kick off my return. Please take time to reflect on this simple but philosophical message as I return to the dojo👊🏼
