Thank you to the 85 families that have made their $100.00 Country Club Acres Association (CCAA) annual contributions and their additional donations. Thanks also to the people that supported their neighborhood by attending the Easter event and to those that have rented the clubhouse.
The Association needs at least $1,600.00 a month to pay the community’s bills, and to set aside funds for the other required annual expenses. These monies are for insurance, lawn care, lake maintenance, electricity, water, garbage pick up and annual inspections.
With over 500 homes in our subdivision, if everyone paid their fair share the Association would have more than enough money to pay our bills and to have extra funds for neighborhood improvements.
Please visit https://ccacommunity.com/ today to make your contributions. Any and all donations would be sincerely appreciated, if you can’t afford the $100.00 annual amount. If possible, please use Zelle so the money goes directly into the Association’s bank account with no fees.
