On Wednesdays, we wear pink 💁🏻‍♀️

Some of you know that I had a pretty bad fall running last week, so here’s an outfit that covers up most of my wounds 😂 Luckily I was still able to make it to happy hour and dinner with my girlfriends, too🙌🏻🍷

When unexpected/ frustrating events happen in life (like injuries), it’s important that we focus on what we CAN do, not what we can’t.

I’ve taken it easy with my workouts this week, even skipped yesterday because it was just too painful. BUT, I’ll come back better and stronger as I allow myself to heal!

Injuries are LESSONS. I fell because I wasn’t paying attention. I was careless. Simple as that. Staying present in the moment is always important in exercise (and not just rushing through the motion), and when I forget that is when I get injured.

I’ve embraced this time to focus on my nutrition, exercise differently, and SLOW DOWN. These lessons are INVALUABLE and will serve me on my health and fitness journey.

For every setback, there’s a comeback.

If you’ve had an injury or have one now, don’t let it get you down. Take your time to heal, and focus on other things that can serve you in your goals!

This post is LONG overdue, and has taken me a couple of weeks to fully gather my thoughts..

There are SO many people I need to thank for their love and support over the last few months, for just listening to me, providing invaluable insight about life, finances, travel, etc, and just having my back.

I’m incredibly humbled and grateful to have such a strong community of friends and family! While 2021 has been rewarding, yet challenging, I know 2022 will be the best year yet.

Next, thank you for all the birthday wishes. It may sound small, but every text, message, phone call, etc put a huge smile on my face, especially this year. You never know who’s day you’ll make by sending a simple message, so keep sharing love with everyone around you, even if you’re not sure they need to hear it. They probably do♥️

Lastly, I have to thank my team and clients. It took me 2 weeks to get through the beautiful video you made me because I could not get through even 2 minutes without bursting into tears. Just ask who witnessed it first hand😂 I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to put the right words together to thank you for the video and generous gift, but I come up blank every time, unless I write you a novel😂 You are each getting a personal message from me in the mail (you know I’m a writer), so be on the lookout:)

This post is LONG overdue, but very important and has taken me a couple of weeks to fully gather my thoughts..

There are SO many people I need to thank for their love and support over the last few months, for just listening to me, providing invaluable insight about life, finances, travel, etc, and just having my back.

Happy birthday to my #1, my travel buddy, the love of my life . I’m so grateful for the life we’ve built together with Mastro and our many adventures. It may not be conventional, but it’s ours and it’s perfect ♥️ I can’t wait for more celebrations to come!

2️⃣ Feel attractive and confident in your clothes 👙👖🩳👗

3️⃣ Live a long life and be able to do all the activities you desire ⛰🏋🏻‍♂️🏄‍♂️🚴🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

This photo represents one of my whys— #4️⃣— my family and workout ladies inspire me every day♥️ I was so grateful two weeks ago to finally meet baby Reagan in person, who I “met” via Zoom when she was about 8 weeks old and have seen on our Zoom workouts ever since! she’s even cuter in person!! So happy to meet her and Dennis!
