🕒 **Waitlist Alert: Get Ready to Move!** 🕒

Hey Fit Fam! We know how eager you are to crush those workouts, and we’re thrilled to see the excitement buzzing around our classes! 💪 But sometimes, our popular sessions fill up fast, and you find yourself on the waitlist. Don’t worry though, because we’ve got a system in place to ensure everyone gets their shot at sweat success!

📲 **Waitlist Notifications:** If you’re waitlisted for a class, keep an eye on your phone. Members who move off the waitlist will receive a text message prompting them to confirm their attendance by replying with a simple “yes” or “no”.

🚫 **Don’t Miss Out:** Here’s the deal – if you receive that text, make sure to reply promptly! And here’s a little extra tip: if you receive multiple waitlist notifications, you must reply to each one individually. You won’t see a change on the schedule until you reply to each message. We know life gets busy, but failing to respond risks giving up your spot to another eager member. We wouldn’t want that, would we? 😉

This Thursday we’re giving a big shoutout to our dedicated member Bob for completing his 200th class! With special appearance by his enthusiastic pup, Cara.

Cara wanted to join the challenge but we had to break the news that it’s a human-only challenge, but Cara insisted on sharing her fitness goals anyway:

1. Perfect the ‘Downward Dog’ yoga pose (obviously).
2. Attempt to fit 5 tennis balls in her mouth at once..
3. Break her napping record of 5 hours. Rest is important!
4. Eat more treats. Protein is important.
