Day 581- The biggest conditions yet, have arrived. The Indian Ocean really is a different body of water from the rest. Getting used to this now, all is well. Everything is tied down, safety gear on, bunkered in place. 28 more hours of riding it out, 933 NM till landfall.

Day 577- Officially refuelled with food, its time back to work. Getting thru the 12-16 hours days of rowing has been easier by binge watching Season 50 of while rowing and getting the satisfaction in with the occasional . 🥴😊🤷‍♂️ 25 more days to reach the Seychelles and complete this world first solo crossing of the Indian Ocean for an American, reaching our 16 country, more than any other rowboat in history. 4th quarter now, getting after it.

Day 573- The high seas, bring good fishing conditions, and after 8 days living off rice and dried Sardines, the fresh fish keeps the mind going. Another Mahi Mahi landed in Smiles today, means 3 more days of good protein. We will see if its possible to survive on the basics for another 25-30 expected days until I see land. I miss sugar the most and having dreams of being at the grocery store getting wine, chocolate, and zyns. 🤷‍♂️😊🥴 dailylife
