The boys at Evotraining have one main goal, and that’s to serve people. Marc and I both wished that someone tried to help us at any point in our lifting career. When we were 18-19, most of the “advanced lifters” at gyms were dickbags. I say dickbags jokingly because I don’t know what demons those guys where facing (though you can fight those demons and be a nice guy). What I do know is there was no “free smoke” or “free game” being thrown around. The gym isnt what it used to be. It was mainly made up of the outcast, antisocial, or angry people when we first started lifting. Now that fitness is becoming more mainstream, more people are understanding that fitness is more than just an ego thing. It’s honestly one of the only places in the world that every single person in there is trying to better themselves. Since we were 15-16 we have been hyping people up. So why not base a company around us just being us.

Let me hit you with the numbers because numbers never lie. “Women lie, men lie, but the numbers never lie” - Floyd Mayweather. The average cost of a single personal training session is $60 an hour. The average cost of a fitness coach is $250 to $400 a month. The average cost to pay a nutritionist is $50 to $100 an hour. These are for average coaching. If you know Marc and I, we are both far from average. We value ourselves and want to help people, so hopefully our prices reflect that.

One of the most common and effective supplements in the game. Sure, pre workouts aren’t necessary but they definitely enhance your workout. I heard countless times from friends and training partners, “I’ll drink a bang I don’t need pre workout” and I never try to make that person feel uneducated but I ain’t hearing it in 2022.

Pre workout cost $40 to $50 for 25 to 30 servings. Energy drinks cost $3 to $4 for a single serving. Let’s say you go 5 times a week. $15 to $20 weekly which adds to $75 to $100 a month.

Energy drinks are usually a prop blend (not a fully disclosed label). Most of the time, the reason people stay away from pre workout is not even because of the pre workout itself, it’s the salesperson trying to make a commission or it’s the myths they hear about people dying. Well people have had heart attacks, but they were taking 4-6x the recommended dose. Like use common sense. Don’t worry, the boys at evo got you all 2022.

BANGGG!! Man we are happy as f**k for this girl. The last 30 days she’s absolutely murdered it. The first female EVO transformation and we couldn’t have asked for a better client. Pictures,updates,meals, workout, you name it she was on point. Never made an excuse while working over 40 hours a week. We look forward to the next month and keep up the hard work Kendia. Ya boys are f**king proud.

Some big news from the boys at EVO. New clothing drop coming over the next couple weeks. We are going to be running a preorder up until Sunday night. Here are some of the products we are dropping for preorder. 2 new oversized t shirts black and white(we have crop tops that are a smaller size that have a more muscle fit) and 2 crew necks. The crew necks are preorder exclusive due to the summer coming up. T shirts will be $5 off for pre orders. We accept any type of payment so it’s more convenient for you. Prices will be listen below.
