As the Three Rivers Aces continue building toward Year One, we’re looking to connect with local businesses, community partners, and organizations that want to be part of something new in Western Pennsylvania hockey.

From digital exposure and game-night presence to community involvement opportunities, we’re looking to build partnerships that help strengthen the team, support the game, and create something the Pittsburgh hockey community can rally behind.

The King takes his place.

The Three Rivers Aces are proud to officially announce Joe Coulter as Owner and President of the organization.

Joe brings experience as a lifelong hockey player, coach, and leader. During his time in the APHL, he has served as a player, head coach, and interim owner, giving him a strong understanding of what it takes to build a team on and off the ice.

He is also a respected member of the local adult hockey community, known for helping build competitive, organized teams and strong locker rooms.

Outside of hockey, Joe is a 17-year military veteran who continues to serve in the reserves, as well as a technology program manager. His leadership, structure, and commitment will help set the foundation for the Aces moving forward.

The first card is on the table.

The Three Rivers Aces are proud to announce Jake Ochwat as the first player signing in franchise history.

Jake returns home to Western Pennsylvania as an APHL Governors Cup Champion, bringing championship experience, compete level, and the type of standard we want to build around in Year One.

Every team needs its first ace - and ours is officially signed.

The Three Rivers Aces are here.

Built in Pittsburgh and rooted in the hockey tradition of Western Pennsylvania, the Aces are being built to bring affordable, high-energy semi-pro hockey to the area while creating something bigger than one team.

We’re building a place for players, fans, families, local businesses, and the community to connect through the game.

As we get started, we’ll be rolling out more information on:

• Weekly competitive skates
• 3v3 tournament in June
• 5v5 tournament in July
• Main Camp in August
• Community events
• Youth development initiatives
• Full schedule release at the end of June
