Revive Wellness Delmar features a diverse selection of group classes in our brand new facility including: Indoor Cycling featuring 20 all new computerized Kaiser Bikes, HIIT training, Yoga, Body Sculpting, Dance, Indoor Water Rowing, Resistance and Cross Training. Our Specialized Weight Management Program is designed for individuals who want to lose a significant amount of weight the healthy way.

Our building will also include childcare and locker room amenities. All our programs are overseen by professional and experienced exercise physiologists and our entire practice is supervised by physicians.
