Let's hear it for my girl Lauren Webster 👏🏼💪🏽

Almost a year ago she came to me ready for some gains and that's what she got. She shows up, puts in the work at 6am a few times a week, all before going to expand the minds of a bunch of middle school students. A mama, a teacher, and a student prioritizing her health and staying consistent. I for one couldn't be more proud of her 🤗

One thing I wish everyone knew is that putting weight on can often be just as difficult as losing it. Both come with their own set of challenges but its so worth it 🫶🏽

I want to take a moment to acknowledge that I am a finalist for the Coastal Style Magazine Best of 2024 for personal trainers in Wicomico County for the 2nd year in row. To everyone who took the time to nominate me, I appreciate it more than you know. For the last 3+ years I have had the pleasure of working with so many amazing women and helping them find their confidence in AND out of the gym all while learning a little something from each of them.

Never did I see this career choice in my path. I was never atheletic. Never played sports. Despised gym class. And I only hung around select girls growing up. Fast forward to today and I can't see my life without the gym. I can't see myself not inspiring other women to be the best version of themselves. I can't see me doing anything else but this.

So THANK YOU to each and everyone of you who found me to be deserving of this. You all are and will always be the real MVP's because without your support I wouldnt be able to do what I do 🫶🏽

I also want to congratulate everyone who has been nominated but especially to those in the same field. We have so many knowledgable people in the fitness industry around here who work so hard and it shows.
