What a crazy week 2 top 10 finishes!

We started off the week of racing on Tuesday racing at Middleford Speedway. We went 5->3 in our heat which put us in the redraw. We pulled a 9 and quickly moved to 4th but with 3 laps left we had transmission issues which caused us to drop out and finish in 10th. Overall it was an amazing night.
Friday we came back home to Spirit Auto Center Speedway where I got to run a stage 1 modified for the first time thanks to Carter Mullins. In my heat I went 1->3 but started to figure the car out. We started 8th in the feature and after some difficultly learning the car we managed to bring it home 4th! It was a super fun experience and there’s still a lot to learn
Saturday we were back in the 602 sportsman at Bridgeport Speedway. We started off 7th quick in hot laps. Then in my heat after starting 6th wasted no time getting to the lead. Sadly after more transmission issues we dropped out and had to run a B main. I started 5th in the B main and finished 4th in the final Feature transfer spot.
Starting 25th I knew I needed to put my head down and focus on getting forward. After a long race and even after getting spun and going to the back we pulled through and finished 10th which should keep us at 5th in the overall points. Thank you to everybody who helped us through the highs and lows of the week we couldn’t have done it without you and thank you to Pat michael for the transmission!

We’re so close to the win!

Another race in the books and Bridgeport Speedway and we were able to bring it home in 2nd! We started out the night being 6th fastest in hot laps. We moved into heat race starting 4th and with 2 laps left I took the lead and never looked back. I started 7th in the feature and after charging to 4th in the first few laps slowly made my way forward till i was in 2nd which is where I stayed for the last seven laps. We’re super happy we were able to have such an amazing race after what happened last week. Congrats to my cousin Dominick Buffalino Racing on the win too 🏆

Heart breaking loss this weekend

Sorry for the late post we’ve been trying our hardest to get the car ready for this weekend at Bridgeport Speedway again.

This past weekend was off to a great start. We were 12th quick in hot laps but had no complaints about the set up and were ready to roll into our heat race.

We started 6th in our heat and wasted no time getting to 2nd which is where we finished! This landed us in the handicap putting me starting 8th in the feature.

We were very excited to start up front again and off the start I was very fast, going from 8th to 5th before the caution came out on lap two. Sadly of the restart going into corners 1 & 2 the cars in front of me spun leaving no room for me to go land snapping the shock tower. It was a heartbreaking way to go out on lap 2 but we have found even more speed and are ready to carry it into this upcoming weekend hope to see you guys there!

ANOTHER TOP 10 FINISH!!

We rolled into the Bridgeport Speedway Saturday and got things started with hot laps, where we were 7th quick.

In the heat race, we started 6th and finished 6th, just missing the top five that transferred directly to the feature. A little bad luck and not quite enough time to get things turned around meant we headed to the B Main.

Starting 1st in the B Main, we got the job done and picked up the win! That put us 22nd starting spot for the feature.

From there, we put our heads down and went to work, charging all the way from 22nd to 8th by the checkered flag!

Not the night we wanted to start with, but we’ll definitely take that comeback! Huge thanks to everyone who continues to support us—we’ll be back at it next week! 🏁

Top 10 finish again last night!

After last week’s heartbreak, when a broken belt before the heat race forced us into the consi and a late-race accident ended our night after charging from 22nd, the team worked tirelessly all week to get the car back together.

Unfortunately, the challenges weren’t over. During hot laps last night we discovered a transmission issue, leaving us without reverse or low gear. A huge thank you to Lee Allen for generously allowing us to use his four-wheeler as a push truck all night. Your help kept us in the show!

Despite the transmission issues, the car was 8th fastest out of 38 Sportsman Modifieds in hot laps. Starting 7th in our heat based on the handicap, we drove up to 5th to transfer into the feature. Starting 19th, we steadily worked our way through the field, racing all the way up to 6th before bringing it home with a 10th-place finish.

While the finish wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for, we’re proud of the determination this team showed after two incredibly challenging weeks. We’ll keep digging, keep learning, and keep chasing that first Sportsman Modified win at Bridgeport Speedway

ITS RACE DAY!! We’re back at Bridgeport Speedway for another points show. We’re 4th in points after our second place finish 2 weeks ago and hopefully we can get that elusive win we have been searching for. Hope to see you guys there.
