Staying home tonight? I am. I've never been big on parties, especially on the biggest party night of the year. If you're like me, preferring to stay home and chill out, why not join me at 8:00 pm for Weekend Wind Down. It's one hour (or slightly more) of relaxing poses, all done on the floor supported by pillows & blankets.
