Part of being a Pilar School of C.O.I.L. is shairing our knowledge with eachother to grow our skills and programs together. This past Saturday, Mansfield Karate Shotokan was gracious enought to host a couple of our instructors and one of our junior instructors to work on coriculum for our students. Sensei Rob Burton put them through some gruling exercises that sparked some ideas for our classes. Thank you Sensei Burton for opening up your Dojo to us, and we look forward to training with you again ( After the bruses heal)

🥋 RIP to the Ultimate Legend: Chuck Norris (1940 – 2026)
​Today we say goodbye to a man who was truly larger than life. Chuck Norris wasn't just a martial arts master and an action star; he was a global icon of strength and a surprisingly good sport about the "invincible" mythos the internet built around him.

​It’s only fitting to remember him with his own favorite "Chuck Norris Fact":
​"Before the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night, he checks his closet for Chuck Norris."

​Chuck always said that was the one that made him laugh the most. It’s hard to imagine a world without him, but as the legends say: Chuck Norris didn't "die," he just decided to go give the afterlife a 10-minute head start.

​Rest in peace, Walker. You’ll never be replaced.

3 competitors from Phoenix Martial Arts took part in the Open Martial Arts hosted by COIL for Martial Arts at The Arnold Sports Festival yesterday. We had an incredible day of competition and came home with a lot of new hardware.
