We can take a max of 16 teams each day.
USSSA - 2016 WSQ event open to 10u/12u for Saturday only event. Also open to 14u/16u for Sunday only event.
USSSA does offer "odd year" age classes. Teams that classify as odd year(9/11/13/15) must have all girls with the same birth year. If more than 2 odd year teams participate in a traditional age group bracket, there will be a odd year WS berth offered to the highest finishing team. If we can get enough to create separate pool play, than we will group those teams in the odd year pool. Teams will be placed in traditional bracket play to determine a tournament champion.
Entry fee is $325 plus $30 USSSA 2015-16 sanction fee if not already sanctioned. If you need to sanction, please click here: USSSA Team Sanction Info. TEAMS CAN ENTER WHILE THEIR SANCTION IS PENDING. There is a prepay discount of $25 if paid in full 30 days in advance 9/3/15 & 9/4/15. I can take $100 deposits to hold spots until 9/4/15. At that time, all fees must be paid in full.
PLEASE NOTE: USSSA STARTS THEIR SANCTION SEASON OVER AGAIN ON AUG 1. TEAMS WILL NEED TO SANCTION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 8/1/15 THRU 7/31/16. TEAMS WILL ALSO NEED TO BE AGE-ELIGIBLE FOR THE AGE GROUP THEY ARE PLAYING DURING 2016. EXAMPLE: A 14u TEAM IN 2015 MOVING TO 16u FOR THE 2016 SEASON WOULD HAVE TO PLAY IN 16u IN USSSA FALL TOURNAMENTS.Please use this entry blank to fill out when sending fee. - Will link here once loaded to the state website.
