Comparison is the thief of joy, especially in fitness. 🛤️

Someone will always lift more. Move faster. Have more experience. Be further along in their journey. But none of that changes your progress.

Everyone is running a different race with different goals, different schedules, different responsibilities, and different life experiences. What works for one person may not fit another, and that’s okay.

Fitness isn’t about trying to become someone else. It’s about becoming a better version of yourself.

Focus on your growth. Your consistency. Your victories.
That’s where real progress happens. 🌱
