A real shame. After fighting back to the fringes of the Pro-Am top 10, #71 pitted with an hour to go and was unable to rejoin the track. A disappointing end to an IGTC debut that featured a number of on-track highs and a super effort by the crew.

Halfway through the Indy 8 Hour and fighting back after an earlier incident. Climbing into the top 10 overall against a stacked field marked a sensational opening 90 minutes by Frank and Andrew, but sadly Andrew was spun by a rival, lost 30 seconds and led to us opting to go 'off strategy' with our fuel running. Robin's now at the wheel and holding 12th in Pro-Am as we keep a keen eye on how this strategy might shake out further down the line.

How crazy was that qualifying session? An absolutely stacked Indy 8 Hour field - the likes of which we've never been up against before - means that despite getting down to within 1s of the pace-setting time in Q3, we will start from the eighth row in Pro-Am tomorrow. Pleased with the gains made since yesterday and confident of grinding out a solid result tomorrow.
