30 day 100 KB swing challenge.
Day 1. Getting back in the "swing" of it. Anyone wanna join (do it at home or wherever) post daily to stay accountable. I could use the support.

Even though there's no KWOD today doesn't mean that you can't work out. There are plenty of exercises you can do without weights
PUSH-UPS
PILATES 100
AIR SQUATS
NAKED JUMP ROPING
CHAIR DIPS
Just to name a few. Just do it!

No class tonight due to crap weather

Today's before work KWOD:
All with 25lb KB
100 swings
100 jump rope
These two are done in groups of 25 ,swings (with little rest as possible) go right to 25 fast pace jump rope. 4 sets then rest.
10 sn**ch left and right
10 press l&r
15 dead lift
Finish with a swing push up ladder 10 down to 1,
10 swing 10 push-up
9 swing 9 push-up all the way down to one. The closer you get to 1 get closer to ground.

Earlier today I posted a picture of my friend Jamie who like so many of you is a regular mom with a 40 hour A week job,the family to take care of,children to take to afterschool activities,a regular person.
She came to me a little over year ago because she knew somebody who knew somebody who worked out with me and she was ready to make a change.
Took a year of working out and eating sensibly and never giving up. There were times when I had to remind her that everyone is different and not everyone loses weight the same way.
This is not a TV show,it's not the biggest loser she doesn't have a full-time personal trainer,full-time nutritionist, a cook to plan her meals. She had me and the KWOD squad and dedication. Even though I think she special she's no different than anyone else you can do it too. dedicate time for yourself, you are worth the effort!
