We had an incredible day of black and brown belt testing at the dojo yesterday! A huge congratulations to our newest Black Belts: Dennis, Jason, and J.J., and to our newest Brown Belts: Drew (Brown 2), Nick, and Jaxson.

We couldn’t be prouder of these dedicated and talented martial artists. They consistently show up, put in the work, support their fellow students, and lead by example. These promotions are truly well-earned.

Congratulations to all!

And a big thank you to all the students who participated yesterday and to everyone who came out to support and cheer on these martial artists! Your energy and encouragement made the day even more special.

We have a “legacy belt” tradition at Salick’s. Many times as a martial artist gets promoted we keep their previous belts and pass them on to other students as they go up through the ranks.

Today was a special day, as Drew got promoted to Brown belt and Nick to Purple belt. They were both given the legacy belts that their Dad, Sean previously wore. It’s so much fun watching these boys turn into amazing martial artists, just like their Dad. Congrats Drew and Nick!

What a fun and amazing day Saturday! We held the largest black belt evaluation event in the history of our school! Austin and Will joined the black belt ranks and earned their first degree black belts! In addition Sean, Dason, Mark and Riz earned their 3rd degree. Eric earned his 4th degree. Heather earned her 5th degree and Doc earned his 6th degree. Everyone fought hard for their promotions and did an outstanding job! We have the most talented and dedicated martial artists at our school! Congrats to all on their well deserved promotions.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that our website is currently down but this was not our decision. It's a result of Century Martial Arts, the hosting company that enabled schools like ours to sell their products directly from our website, changing their business model. As we move toward reopening our doors, we'll probably put something back up. Our plan is still to resume classes outdoors as soon as the snow melts and we have dry ground, and to get back in the school as soon as vaccinations start to take hold and we see some easing of the social distance/contact recommendations for close proximity activities like ours. We miss you all and can’t wait to train with you all again soon!
